Here's a little about the things I love.....
My first love is HAIR. I've been doing hair in Orlando for 17 years and just love every minute of it. God has blessed me with many wonderful clients and friends because of it. Recently my husband and I moved from Orlando to this little town called Lee, FL to be near my family. It's been a great experience! Lee's motto is "We're Little but Proud". I love that! I decided to open a salon in our town ( we don't have any here). I found the perfect little house. Just this month I opened The Hair Parlor. I'm still driving 3 hrs back to Orlando every other week to make my clients beautiful. The other week I'm working on building a clientele at The Hair Parlor.
My second passion is Art! What's great about my little Hair Parlor is.....I have the space to do my art. Living out in the country has definitely inspired me to pull out my art supplies. I've also been hooked on the mixed media art tutorials on Youtube. I actually learned how to draw faces there!!!! There are so many artists willing to share their techniques. It's opened a whole new door for me! I plan to walk through!
Thirdly, I absolutely love love love music! I can respect most any kind, I really love Folk or Americana. I'm even married to a musician.... God just knew I needed great music directly in my life! I plan to post pictures of the salon, before and after hair, and my art. I also love sharing work from other artists and musicians. You just never know what might pop up. These are things that inspire me. Maybe they'll inspire you too.
